This course will help the actor (or anyone!) get intimate with the spine, remember how it functions, understand its importance and discover how it can be an instrument of creativity and character building.

Incorporating a blend of anatomy, movement, imagery work and improvisational exercises that will stimulate, enlighten and inspire!

*This course requires space to move within your preferred environment*
